“Ghost in the Shell” began in 1989 as a comic strip in the magazine Young Magazine of the publishing house Kodansha. In 1995 he released a movie adaptation anime directed by Mamoru Oshii, who in 2004 launched a sequel called “Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence”.
