Off another star “Hollywood”, dies Ron Glass – THE DEBATE

The american actor Ronald Earle “Ron” Glass, nominated for an Emmy in 1982 for her successful performance as the detective “Ron Harris” on the series “Barney Miller”, which launched him to fame, has died at the age of 71.

In different international media reported that the cause of his death was by respiratory failure.

Born on July 10, 1945 in Indiana, had their first appearances on the small screen in “Sanford of Son”, “All in the Family” and “Good Times”, later participated as “Felix Unger” in “The New Odd Couple”, a version in the decade of the 80′s original show on Broadway.

Other titles in which he acted are: “Friends,” “Star Trek: Voyager”, “Designing Women”, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, “Agents of S. H. I. E. L. D.”, “All in the Family” and Maude”, to mention a few. He also gave voice to “Randy Carmichael” in the animated series “Rugrats”.
