Dies actress Florence Henderson at the age of 82 – Teletrece

Florence Henderson, remembered for playing Carol Brady on sitcom The Brady Bunch (1969-1974), died Thursday, November 24, at 82 years of age.

According to Variety the actress died with her family and friends in the hospital Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where he had been transported the previous day. It is not yet known what was the cause of his death.

a Native of Dale, Indiana, Henderson began to show his singing ability being a very young girl. After graduating from high school he decided to move to New York to study at the drama school American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

The Brady Bunch

Prior to its television debut, the artist took part in several Broadway plays, where he became a well-known name. In addition she was the first woman to serve as a presenter on The Tonight Show in 1969.

His unique role in a film was in Song of Norway, a film in which he participated when I just accepted the role of Carol Brady in the program that made her famous. The actress remained in force in the acting world making special appearances on various shows, including Roseanne, Ellen, the Ally McBeal, The King of Queens and 30 Rock. In addition, she starred in two television programs, one kitchen called Who’s Cooking With FlorenceHenderson, and the variety show The Florence Henderson Show, which earned him a nomination for an Emmy in 2010.

Henderson and her first husband, the producer, theatrical Ira Bernstein had 4 children before divorcing in 1985. Later she married the therapist, John Kappa, who died of cancer in 2002.
