Mila Kunis refused to pose topless for the cover of a magazine for gentlemen with the purpose of promoting a film. According to her, a producer threatened her, saying that she would never get a job.

Obviously, that is not the case, and Kunis has worked in 30 films in his career, and attacked the sexism that lives in Hollywood in an open letter published in A Plus, a website founded by Ashton Kutcher.
"Is that we are conditioned to believe – that if we are talking about our livelihoods will be threatened; that by stopping us in our territory we will disappear. We don’t want to kick out of the sandbox for being a 'bitch'. Then, pledge our integrity to maintain the status quo and wait to come the change."
So he decided to open his own production company, Orchard Farm Productions, together with three other women to avoid that will happen something similar again.

anyway, the problem persisted when the company signed with a producer influential. "In the process of trying to sell this show to a channel, sent emails typical to the executives". But in these emails, the producer, described it as one of the greatest stars of Hollywood, who soon would be a wife and mother of the children of Ashton Kutcher.
"it has Reduced my only value to the relationship with a successful man and my ability to have children. Ignored my skills (and my computer) and creative logistics", wrote Kunis.
Kunis hopes that it can help to enhance this type of environment, and that women will be encouraged to raise their voices, in their places of work.
