According to information portal “TMZ” Strickland had been reported missing since last Dec. 27 when he was in a duck hunting trip.

On Monday morning his body was found by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, which did not disclose further details of the cause of death of band member Backroad Anthem.

Chase Morland, the friend who went hunting Strickland, was also found dead with his sunken boat, for they were caught in a severe storm.

The Morland own tweeted a message in which he said “should not return,BackroadCRAIG go straight to the winter storm Goliath to hunt ducks in Oklahoma”.
