With a gritty performance from their debut album Horses , the veteran Patti Smith captivated audiences of Primavera Sound on the second day of the mega Barcelona festival, making clear its status icon of the younger generation who want to take note of punk rock spirit.
At 68, Smith showed that It remains a quintessential punk poet and his “Gloria” is still intact.
With that success, he wrote in 1975, the American artist gave an energetic start to a historic concert that had as backdrop fund the start of a spectacular sunset on the Mediterranean.
