Madrid.- The international box office of Spanish cinema harvested last year, 62 million euros ($ 66 million), representing an increase of almost five percent compared to the previous year, as reported today, the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA).
The drama of Pedro Almodóvar’s “Juliet”, starring Emma Suárez and Adriana Ugarte, leads the ranking of Spanish films with more success outside of the house: released in 50 countries, raised more than 15 million euros.
