The actor, Bill Nunn, died at the age of 63 after losing her battle against cancer, and that led him in recent years to move away from what I loved most was the film.
In the course of his life he participated in more than 50 productions, and it was with ‘Do what you’ the director, Spike Lee, who was in charge through his account of Instagram to confirm the news with an emotional tribute to his friend.
“My dear friend, my dear brother Morehouse. The great actor Bill Nunn, or as most of you know, Radio Raheem, passed away this morning in Pittsburgh. Long life to Bill Nunn. Radio Raheem, now rests in power. Radio Raheem always will fight with his powers. God takes care of Bill Nunn,” wrote Lee.
But other of the films that brought him fame was ‘Classrooms turbulent’ and best remembered for the trilogy of ‘Spider-Man’ directed by Sam Raimi and in which she played the editor of the Daily Bugle, Robbie Robertson. His last appearance was in 2015 in the series ‘Sirens’.
Nunn was born and grew up in Pittsburgh also died there. The son of Bill Nun, Sr., a well-known journalist and scouting for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Nunn is a graduate of the school of arts Morehouse in 1976 and where he also studied Spike Lee.
With just 12 years gave life to Grady in ‘Schools ‘ troubled’ Lee. It was at this moment where actor and director forged a great friendship and would work together several times more.
