Prince, the star of pop music who died today, was attended by doctors six days before his death after a drug overdose, according to sources TMZ.com, specializing in entertainment news portal.
On April 15 TMZ was the first to report that the particular jet Prince had to make an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois, hours after he concluded one of concerts in Atlanta, Georgia.
The singer’s representatives then reported that Prince was fighting the flu.
Several sources in the community of Moline reported to TMZ that Prince was taken to a hospital and doctors provided “an injection of rescue,” which is usually administered to counteract the effects of an opiate.
The source, whose identity was not revealed by TMZ reported that doctors advised the singer to stay in the hospital for 24 hours.

The singer was discharged three hours after arriving at the hospital and continued his journey to Minnesota.
