Google can continue its digital library project – The Nación.com.py

The project of the gigantic digital library Google overcame the final hurdle on Monday after the Supreme Court of Justice rejected the appeal alleging violation of the law rights author.

the high court rejected without comment a request from the Association of Authors to consider the appeal against a decision taken in 2013 by a federal court, seen as a benchmark on copyright in the digital age.
