Bill Murray, one of the original stars of Ghostbusters will appear in the new film of the popular film franchise which will be released soon, he reported The Hollywood Reporter.
By the time Murray will have the role, in Ghostbusters (1984) and Ghostbusters 2 (1989) starred as Dr. Peter Venkman is unknown, one of his most memorable characters.
The new film, which will be directed by Paul Feig, pick up the story, but with female protagonists. The cast Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy appear, already agreed on Bridesmaids , and Kate McKinnon (Life Partners) and Leslie Jones (Top Five).
The film is shot Boston and its release is planned for July 2016. Dan Aykroyd, one of the original characters, will also have an appearance in the production, the newspaper Daily News.
Also this sequel, Sony Pictures Entertainment works in other series related content, including a movie that would star Channing Tatum.
