The nominations for the Golden Globes support a ‘Birdman’ – HOME

Michael Keaton in ‘Birdman’.

The nominations for the Golden Globes support what many Americans prizes are pointing these days: Birdman and Boyhood, with The theory of everything, Selma and The imitation game (Deciphering Enigma) are the films of the year. And the great defeated, for now, that may surprise Oscar is Invincible, Angelina Jolie. Another forgotten films is Interstellar, of Christopher Nolan. This afternoon in Spain, very first morning in Los Angeles, was read the list of selected for the awards granted by the Foreign Press Association in Hollywood. The list includes both film and television, and in the case of film is divided in turn into musical or comedy and drama. The winners will receive their statuettes on January 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles in a ceremony hosted for the third consecutive year by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

The finalists directors (no gender division) Wes Anderson are (The Grand Budapest Hotel) Ava Duvernay (Selma) David Fincher ( Lost ), Alejandro González Iñárritu ( Birdman ) and Richard Linklater (Boyhood). Looks like a face-off between Iñárritu and Linklater. The Mexican film has seven nominations, five of Boyhood and four The theory of everything
