The film’s distributor Lionsgate released the teaser trailer of the tape “Power Ranger” to be released in march 2017.
The film is directed by Dean Israelite and starring Dacre Montgomery as the red ranger, RJ Cyler gives life to the blue ranger, Naomi Scott plays the pink ranger, Becky G at the yellow ranger, Ludi Lin is the black ranger and Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa.
The new installment of the “Power Rangers” is inspired by the television series on Fox Kids in the 90′s.
“Power Rangers” follows five school friends who become superheroes when they hear that their city could be destroyed by an alien threat.
