Frank Miller is a man who does not occupy presentation within the world of comics, such as famed writer has been responsible for two of the most important stories that have been made about Batman, The Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year One, so your opinion is always valued by the fans of the knight of the night.
Recently, Miller was interviewed by Variety for his view on the european convention Lucca Comics & Games and shared it to where you would like the Batman movies directed:
My dream would be to do something smaller. Put aside the toys, focus more on the mission and use more of the city. Batman has a relationship with the city that it is protecting. And, unlike Superman, his connection with the criminal world is intimate, it’s been since he saw them as they killed their parents. He defeats criminals with his hands. So that would be a movie different. I don’t think that at some point in time is this in my hands by that would not be something I could make toys. I definitely do not believe that someone make a line of toys.
Miller offers a very interesting idea, because returning Batman to his roots as a vigilante in truth, justice, and beating the criminals. Also right in that this idea can be somewhat difficult to determine because in most of the films of superheroes are targeted to a teen audience to whom the study could be to sell all kinds of marketing.
The most we’ve seen of Batman to be violent was in Batman vs Superman: The Origin of Justice – 27% where the vismo murdering criminals without showing any hesitation, but it should be noted that the version that we saw in the film had a rating for teen while the extended edition was classified as suitable for adults.
