According to J.J. Abrams, films Portal and Half Life still developing. In an interview for 10 Cloverfield Lane which is produced by Abrams, the director of Star Wars gave information about the status of projects with Valve.

“Not yet, but are in development,” he said. “And we writers and we are working on both stories. But nothing that can be exciting news, yet.” Both films were suggested at DICE 2013. At that time, Abrams and Gabe Newell expressed their desire to work together to create both movies and games.
