The Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona CCCB and the Museum of Antioquia become a testbed for promoting more sustainable cities and inclusive, which take effect the right to housing and the right to the city.
The exhibition opens on Wednesday June 3 in Barcelona and Medellin will be from June 20.
The exhibition Show Flat is an existing cooperation agreement between Medellin and Barcelona, the exhibition is focused on the reflection on the commitment we have today cities with the construction of sustainable homes.
From Wednesday June 3rd and for six weeks, two cities, with the joint efforts of the Museum of Antioquia and the Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona ( CCCB) presented the show, which aims to generate debate and present a series of proposals to help answer the most important issues that face both cities around the theme of housing and its relationship with the public space
The structure of the exhibition is based on the sequence and exploration of three variables.
- The housing problem, housing and reform as a solution, cohabit and cooperate.
- The CCCB exhibition features 44 experiences, 11 of which come from Medellin. Also, exposure of Medellin 12 proposals located in Barcelona shows
- The exhibition Show Flat will be open to the public at the CCCB of Barcelona from June 3. Until 25 Medellin October and it can be seen at the Museum of Antioquia dese June 24 until September 20.
