The Spanish actress Laia Costa triumphed today in the Great Night with the German Film Award for Best Actress for her role in “Victoria”, the film which swept a total of six awards, including best film of the year and best director, Sebastian Schipper.
The film, shot like a sequence of 140 minutes flat, follows in the footsteps of a Spanish girl in the Berlin night.
“Victoria” started as a favorite at the annual gala of the German film and was selected among the six finalists for the grand prize of the year.
In addition to this award, for Best Actress and director, the film also won the award for best actor, Frederick Lau, and corresponding to the best music and your camera.
