Maureen O’Hara dies, star of “How Green Was My Valley” – El Nuevo Herald

The actress Maureen O’Hara, Irish beauty with flaming hair that appeared in classic films from the poignant “How Green Was My Valley” to the inspirational “Miracle on 34th Street” and had unforgettable conversations with John Wayne in several films, died at age 95.

His manager, Johnny Nicoletti, said that O’Hara died Saturday in his sleep at his home in Boise, Idaho.
