Frank Gehry, the Guggenheim to Louis Vuitton, the Pompidou – Modaes

Frank Gehry , architect of the foundation Louis Vuitton and such renowned buildings such as the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, he exhibited his work at the center Pompidou , in Paris. Known for his designs of indescribable shapes with large volumes, was chosen for Bernard Arnault , owner of the luxury group LVMH , to the creation of the Museum Foundation Louis Vuitton .

The exhibition will provide the first retrospective of the architect in Europe, will be composed of a total of 67 models and 225 planes of the artist’s works. The exhibition can be visited from 8 October to 26 January. The audience will see the artist’s work for the realization of the Vuitton Foundation.

Frank Gehry studied urban planning at Harvard and soon began working with Victor Gruen , the inventor of the malls. His European debut was at the Vitra Design Museum in Germany 1989.El year, Gehry was awarded the Pritzker Prize and was commissioned by the Guggenheim Museum and Concert Hall Walt Disney.

Gehry was released with the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in 1997, where his draft coated titanium curved volumes immediately became an icon for the architect.
