Gay Talese disavows his latest book for lack of credibility – Periodismo.com

The American writer Gay Talese, author of ‘The motel voyeur’ admitted Thursday that will not promote the book of the same title having lost confidence in the chief source of his story. A fragment of the work, published in The New Yorker, made a big impact last spring with the amazing story of the owner of a hotel that had spied for decades guests.
