Supertramp cancels tour after a cancer diagnosis to Rick Davies – MDZ Online

Supertramp has canceled all performances of his European tour Supertramp Forever , including his November concert in Barcelona, ​​due to health problems of the founder of the band, Rick Davies , who was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma and has begun an aggressive treatment to combat the disease.

As reported by the producer Live Nation in a statement, Davies has said: “I really wanted to return to Europe and play with the band again and sorry to disappoint all who supported the upcoming tour. ” “Unfortunately my current health problems have disrupted plans and now I have to concentrate all my energy on getting healthy,” added the leader of the band.
