Valentino dress ‘Traviata’ most beautiful in the half-century – avant-Garde.com.mx

The new production of the opera the most famous of Verdi, which premieres this Thursday at the Palau de les Arts of Valencia pulled out of retirement to one of the designers most iconic of the 20th century. "I respect all the creators but I don’t think an opera house as large and important as this may be presented in any way. There is that respect a certain environment at all. For example, the dress must make beautiful the singer and not dressing it with a waterproof or ridiculous outfits," said the designer.

At the press conference Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, he accepted that of Spain and its women were inspired to find the power of the color red, the tone that was to become the hallmark of the brand born in the 60′s

Also in the presentation of the event, Placido Domingo talked about the greatness of the production and said that Marina Rebeka, it is probably “the best Violetta”, which she has heard in 50 years.
