Spanish banker Jaime Botin charged with “smuggling” of a Picasso – La Hora (Ecuador)

The Spanish banker Jaime Botin, member of an influential family, was accused of “smuggling of cultural goods” Two months after taking the country on a yacht a Picasso declared “inexportable” reported Friday sources close to the investigation.
