So it was this Thursday the grand gala of LOS40 Music Awards, appointment to the most important music in Spain and, possibly, the only one capable of putting together in a same sign, the actions of nearly a dozen national and international artists of the likes of David Bisbal, Robbie Williams, Little Mix, Manuel Carrasco, Jason Derülo, Juanes, J Balvin, Kungs, Mana or Maluma, among many others.
On the patio of armchairs, numerous well-known faces of the industry, the cinema, television or sports that would not miss a very special night, because in addition to reward the talent of the most outstanding artists of the time, it was a great finishing touch to the 50th anniversary that was celebrated this year our radio station.
This course, had news. For example, the new location of the event in Barcelona (in particular, in the Palau de Sant Jordi, with a display of magnitude and numbers mareantes) and a new denomination, LOS40 Music Awards, which replaces the old Awards 40 and that responds to the new direction, more global and pointer, which has undertaken the string.
Glitter-rock-style
The event was preceded by a red carpet happy (up to Pablo Ibáñez, the popular Man in Black of The Ant, smiled, as they say eyewitnesses), as well as a parade of rock-style sparkling and many sequins in key cool. And the winners are…
But if someone capped the gala are, by justice, Sia, and Leiva, the big winners of the night after being recognized with the award of best artist of the year international and national respectively. The first, which was unable to collect his award, he also holds the award for best Song International by Cheap Thrills, becoming the artist with more statuettes next to Manuel Carrasco (awarded best recording of the year by Dance of the wind, and best tour) and Love of Lesbian (prize to the Best Group of the Critical and Best Band of Impact at festivals).
In the world class also picked up award Kungs (Best newcomer) or J Balvin (Best Latin Artist), while the best record was Justin Bieber by Purpose, and the best video clip, on the Up & Up Coldplay. In the category singers national, also shined Morat (colombian but almost Spanish of adoption, who won the award for Best Group Revelation), Paul Lopez & Juanes (best Song of the Year by Your enemy), or Dani Martín and The will to win (Best video Clip).
The awards a popular vote were to stop, however, Jason Derulo, Maluma and the influencer Jorge Cremades, while the Special Awards Golden Music Awards-50th Anniversary emphasized the Robbie Williams, Shakira or Fangoria, among others.
Emotion, a good cause… and humor
The excitement wore much of the gala, as when Miguel Bosé, ambassador of the Association of Fight against aids which was aimed part of the entries, said: “The day you will discover the vaccine, all of you here will you be able to say that you have contributed to it.”

And, of course, the revelation of the influencer Jorge Cremades, to whom we are more used to see you laugh but that here seemed touched as he held his prize LOS40 Music Awards: “just a year Ago was a fellow in LOS40, made videos for the web”, he mumbled.
But also shone humor led by the presenter of the event, Santi Millan with ways of showman, who starred in, among other things, a hilarious gag that I told you how a clumsiness had led him to erase all the video clips of LOS40, and now tried to remedy this regrabándolos and intérpretándolos himself (yes, a funny version of the film Rewind, please). It was also fun the challenge of dance, which launched to David Bisbal (and that this was accepted by demonstrating their skills to the house).
Another momentazo? Happy birthday to the spontaneous, Robbie Williams dedicated to LOS40 for 50 years, and that concluded with the phrase: “you Have fulfilled 50 years, but still I missed a dust.”
Without a doubt, the live performances of the artists were part of the great appeal of a gala that was, essentially, an ode to the music and a meeting point between LOS40 and their friends and followers.
