Arthur Cave, one of the sons of Australian musician Nick Cave, has died after jumping off a cliff in the city of Brighton (south of England), the local agency PA reported today.

The wounded young man’s body , 15, was found on Tuesday around 18:00 local time by a group of local people, in which Cave and his family lives.

Arthur, who had serious injuries, He was taken to hospital Royal Sussex County in Brighton, where he died hours later from his injuries.

Nick Cave and his wife, Susie, confirmed the death of Arthur through a statement in which they asked “Privacy to overcome this difficult time.”

“Our son Arthur died Tuesday afternoon. It was our child, beautiful, happy and loved,” lamented the Australian singer and his wife in the letter.

The British police specified that the death was not being treated as “suspicious” but there is an ongoing investigation.
