The universal success of Blur return to the essence IBF blow … – Terra Peru

The universal success of Blur have crowded today the main stage of the International Festival of Benicàssim to return Britpop hit part of the very essence of the dean appointment of independent music in Spain.

The Planets have their good bit to this sense of momentum to retake what was once the FIB, with a concert as the nostalgic.

The event was presented as the most prominent of the twenty-first edition of the FIB, and have been since the first time today in the compound have shown that it was.

They say it never rains to everyone’s taste, but tonight, in Benicàssim, Blur has managed to satisfy the most nostalgic and those who opt for the new phase of the British band.

Beyond the few rains that have fallen in Benicàssim tonight, as usual in the past editions- Blur has been a sort of musical Typhoon loaded with great success chained relentlessly for public enjoyment .

The new management headed by the musical festival businessman Melvin Benn- sets the target back to its origins and FIB, although it had no room for maneuver on the twentieth anniversary, this year is on track to the essence that does not have to mean going back on his steps, but aims to rediscover its true essence.

If Florence + The Machine left the respectable with open mouth and goosebumps on the first day of the festival, Blur has served the best dishes for a Saturday FIB.

The British have offered four concerts in two days, but still seemed in the mood to give the best of themselves in Benicàssim.

The versatile and indefatigable talent of Damon Albarn has taken over the stage and the audience from the first minute, and with so markedly British style liturgy repeated jumps, poses, gestures, looks and accomplices.

With a new album under his arm, “The Magic Whip” after 12 years of silence, the concert Albar Damon, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree -arropados by a group of metals, keyboards and chorus – he has started with the first single “Go Out”.

Of the new work have also sounded “Lonesome Street”, “I Thought I Was A Spaceman” and “Ong Ong”.

But archiconocidos issues inventors and kings of Britpop not have to beg and has struck a perfect string of timeless and incorruptible hits like “There’s No Other Way”, “Badhead”, “Coffee And TV “,” Out Of Time “or” Beetlebum “.

No surprises collective euphoria has erupted with “Parklife” in which Damon Albarn has invited up to sing with him a fan, Maria, who hardly forget seeing shine so closely tooth Gold Blur frontman.

The same has happened with “Song 2″ and “Girls And Boys” -already in the bises-: jumps, shouts and multitudinous chorus.

But the best moments of the concert have not been in accelerated tempos but in those disturbing, profound and elegantly beautiful as “Trim Trap,” “Tender”, “This is a Low”, “Stereotypes” songs and “The Universal”, a perfect subject for a perfect end.

“Well, here’s your lucky day” (well, here’s your lucky day), sings Albarn on “Universal The” and since then they have chosen to go this weekend to Benicàssim have been of luck.

Before Blur, planets have warmed the main stage with a concert as veterans of the FIB, a Spanish public has picked up this year compared to previous editions and has won some ground to British.

In all other scenarios highlighted the wonderful orchestra Alcohol (fashion), carrying more than 250 concerts behind them, and it shows, because, as always, have been accurate and direct with your impeccable rock’n’roll loaded sound with folk influences, soul and punk.

After the M.O.D.A. has reached the stage Fiberfib.com Hinds -before Deers- Radio 3, these four very young Madrid ranging ample talent and boast an enviable thug style and that although need a polished, offering a garage-rock impulsive and vibrant.

Tomorrow IFF will close with Vetusta Morla and Portishead as principal claims, along with other bands like DeBigote, Augustines or castellonenses Bastille.
