Aerosmith Announces Farewell – The Observer

With a career that began in 1970, and its original lineup intact, Aerosmith can boast of being one of the most enduring rock bands in history. However, the group may have expiration dates, according to Steven Tyler, lead singer and songwriter, who said in an interview that the band will perform a farewell tour next year.

Taking part in the The Howard Stern Show, one of the most popular radio programs in the United States, Tyler said Aerosmith “is over”, confirming rumors for a while now established the separation of the band Boston.

However, the singer provided some ambiguous answers , saying that the rest of the band did not even know about the separation, besides establishing this last tour will last “forever”.

Meanwhile, the band manager said that “not they are separating, “and that Tyler remains focused on his work with Aerosmith, even beyond that he has now released his solo album country We’re All Somebody from Somewhere.
