A 42-year-old neighbor Llodio (Vizcaya), and his father, 71, died yesterday afternoon in Laredo after being stabbed by a man on the beach, has been arrested, according to the Delegation the Government.

Father and daughter are from the town of Llodio in Álava, and the alleged assailant was arrested shortly after the incident by the local police in Laredo. The death of the woman was certified by the coroner past 20.00.

The Civil Guard has taken charge of the proceedings but the researchers believe, initially, that the murder was related to domestic violence, according to the Government Office in Cantabria.
